【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletothermalcleaningsystemsforexhaustgasfromsurfacetreatmentequipment/systemsasgivenbelowinwhichtheconcentrationofexhaustgastobecleaned(forthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandard,named"processgas")attheinlettothethermalcleaningsystemissafelylimitedwithintheconcentrationrangesgivenin5.2.2.2.Surfacetreatmentequipmentincludes:?dryersaccordingtoEN1539,curingequipment;?flash-offareas;?coatingplants(e.g.closedspraybooths,openfrontedspraybooths);?machinesusingflammablesolventsforthepre-treatmentandcleaningofproductsorequipment(e.g.barrels,tins,cansorcontainers);?relatedsolventhandlingequipment.!ThisEuropeanStandarddealsonlywiththesignificanthazardsfromfireandexplosionandhazardsgeneratedbyresidualprocessgasesaslistedinClause4,whenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer."ThetypesofthermalcleaningsystemscoveredinthisEuropeanStandardare?directcombustion,and?catalyticcombustion(seedefinitionsin3.1.1and3.1.2).ThisEuropeanStandardappliesinconjunctionwiththerelevantrequirementsofEN746-1andEN746-2.ForthepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardathermalcleaningsystemforprocessgascontainsthefollowingcomponents:fan(s),heatexchanger,processspace,mainandsupportingburner,injectionsystem,powerdrivendampers,controlandpowercircuitsjoinedtogetherfortheprocessingofflammablesubstances,predominantlyvolatileorganiccompounds,byeffectingoxidation.NOTEThermalcleaningequipmentisusuallyintegratedwithsystemsascoveredbye.g.EN1010-1,EN1539,EN12215,EN12921-1orEN12921-3.1.2ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:?thermalpaintremovalsystems;?pyrolyticsystems.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothermalcleaningsystemswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
