【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesoperationalrequirementsfortransportablevacuuminsulatedcryogenicvesselsofnotmorethan1000litresvolumedesignedtooperateaboveatmosphericpressure.Appropriatepartsmaybeusedasguidanceforavesseldesignedtooperateopentotheatmosphere.Forsmallcryogenicvesselsspeciallydesignedforpersonalmedicaluse,thisstandardcanbeusedasaguideonly.Thescopeincludesputtingintoservice,filling,withdrawal,transportwithinthelocation,storage,maintenance,periodicinspectionandemergencyprocedures.Operationalrequirementsforvesselsusedonpublicroads,seaandairarenotcovered.Forthetransportationofthesevesselsbypublicroad,rail,seaandair,otherrequirementsapply;thesearedefinedinspecificregulations.ThisstandardappliestovesselsforcryogenicfluidsasspecifiedinEN1251-1.Theadditionalrequirementsforflammablefluidsaredetailedinclause16.Forexistingsmalltransportablecryogenicvessels,seeannexC.
