【摘要】:Providesguidanceonqualitymanagement,andthecontinualimprovementofprocessesthatcontributetothesatisfactionofanorganization'scustomersandinterestedparties.ThisInternationalstandardisbasedonqualitymanagementprinciplestoprovideunderstandingofqualitymanagementanditsapplicationtoenhancingtheinternalperformanceofanorganization.Consequently,itisnotaguidelineforimplementingISO9001,andisnotintendedforcertification,regulatoryorcontractualuse.Theselectionoftheappropriatequality-relatedprocessesdescribedinthisInternationalstandardandtheextenttowhichtheseprocessesareadoptedandappliedbyanorganizationdependsuponfactorssuchasthemarketbeingserved,theoperationalprocessesandresourcerequirements.ThisstandardwasoriginallylistedforpublicreviewintheMay7,1999issueofStandardsAction.Itisbeingresubmittedduetosubstantivechangestothetext.
