【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistoensurethatcard-operateddevicesareaccessibleandusablebystandardisingsignificantcomponentsoftheuserinterface.ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesprinciplesandguidelinessothatpeoplewiththewidestrangeofcapabilitiescanusecard-basedservicesinanysector.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,purchaseofgoodsandservices,leisure,distribution,identification,banking,telecommunications,masstransport,parking,accesscontrol.Italsoprovidesrecommendationsfortheoperationalprocedurestobefollowedwhenusersinteractwithacard-operateddevice:--inordertoenterasystem;whilstusingasystem;--leavingasystem.Inparticular,thisEuropeanStandardwill:--aidtheuser'sinteractionwiththesystemthroughaconsistentuserinterfacewhenentering,usingandleavingcard-operateddevices;--promoteuserconfidenceincard-basedsystemsingeneral;promoteefficientuse,securityandprivacyofcard-basedsystems;reducetheoccurrenceandconsequencesoferrorwhentheuserenters,usesorleavesthesystem;--enablepeoplewithdifferentlevelsofabilityandcomprehension(e.g.minors,elderly,visuallyimpaired,foreignlanguage,motorimpaired,hearing,etc)anddifferentlevelsofexperience(e.g.first-timeusers)tousecard-basedsystems;improvethelearnabilityofnewcard-basedsystemsthroughconsistency.
