【摘要】:ThisdocumentspecifiesatestmethodforfastenerswithISOmetricthreadfromM6toM16andwithpropertyclasses8.8to12.9forboltsandscrewsandwithpropertyclasses8to12fornuts,tochecktheirtighteningperformanceintheelasticrange.ItappliestosteelfastenerswithanISOmetricthreadaccordingtoISO68-1.Itappliestofastenershavingafrictioncoefficientfrom0,06uptoandincluding0,18.Forhighervaluesoffrictioncoefficients,thedispersionoftestresultsincreasesandthetestmethodshouldnotbeapplied.Forlowervaluesfrictionofcoefficients,whichareforveryspecificapplicationsandrequirespeciallubrication,thisdocumentdoesnotapply.Thiscomparativetestmethodcanbeusedtomonitorstabilityofaproductionprocess(suchascoating,lubrication,shot-blasting)ortocomparevariousproductionmanufacturinglots.Itcanalsobeusedtodetectfasteners,whichareoutofspecification.NOTEThissimplifiedtestmethodhasbeendevelopedtoavoidsystematicuseofmorecomplexprocedures.Incaseofdisputethetorque/tensiontestmethodaccordingtoENISO16047istherefereetest.Thisdocumentdoesnotapplyforassessmentoffastenersinactualassemblyconditions;itdoesnotallowthemeasurementofoperatingfrictioncoefficients.
