【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesareferencemethodforthedeterminationofmilkfatpurityusinggaschromatographicanalysisoftriglycerides.Bothvegetablefatsandanimalfatssuchasbeeftallowandlardcanbedetected.Byusingdefinedtriglycerideequations,theintegrityofmilkfatisdetermined.Basically,themethodappliestobulkmilk,orproductsmadethereof,irrespectiveoffeeding,breedorlactationconditions.Inparticular,themethodisapplicabletofatextractedfrommilkproductspurportingtocontainpuremilkfatwithunchangedcomposition,suchasbutter,cream,milk,andmilkpowder.
